After receiving your order confirmation email, order processing takes place during normal business hours (GMT+1), Monday to Friday. Please allow 1 or 2 days for processing.
Expected delivery times
With some exceptions, Fidia’s artworks are shipped from Italy. Consequently, shipping times depend on your location. From our delivery experience, 4-10 business days are needed, but we do not guarantee.
All Happy Me, Melting Donald Fuck, and Melting Freaky Mouse sculptures are produced after being ordered, therefore delivering times increase by 40 business days.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com we will look into it for you.
Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by the country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
If a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
We do care about our customers’ satisfaction, that’s why in case your item is defective or arrives damaged we have a substitution policy. If this is your case, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order to be eligible for a substitution you must remember that your item must be in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
For starting a substitution request, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain to us why you consider your item is defective or if it arrived damaged. In case the item arrived damaged, send us pictures of the packaging delivered and of the broken item. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a substitution will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective or damaged artwork.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
